Have you forgotten or blocked your access to online banking service?

You have a maximum of 3 attempts to enter your correct password. If you haven't entered it correctly at the third attempt, your access to CaixaBankNow online banking will be blocked for security reasons.

Follow these steps to get a new password to access CaixaBankNow online banking:

  • If you have a CaixaBank card (issued by CaixaBank or Bankia), you can restore your password through this link. 
  • If you don't have a CaixaBank card, or your contract for CaixaBankNow online banking is for a company, please go in person to your CaixaBank branch.
