Now you can check and remove the devices linked to your CaixaBankNow username. To do this, just go to the personal settings section of your online banking.
Remember that the devices are only linked to CaixaBankNow when you confirm your identity with your signing method.
Keep an eye on your linked devices
Which devices have you used to sign in?
You can easily identify all linked devices by device type or operating system.
When is the last time you used them?
We show you the date of the first and last connection. This way you can see when you signed in to CaixaBankNow with that device.
What if you no longer use one of the devices?
Unlink it. If you sign in with it again, we will ask you to confirm your identity with CaixaBank Sign or the signing method you use.

For greater security, we recommend:

Checking your devices frequently to have greater control over access to your digital banking.

Unlinking devices that you do not use frequently.

If you signed in to CaixaBankNow with a device that is not your own (e.g., the mobile phone of a family member or the computer at work), or with a public device (e.g., a computer at a university or library), it is best to unlink it.

If you don't recognise a device, unlink it.
