How to book an appointment with your personal banking adviser

Booking an appointment with your personal adviser is that easy

  1. Sign in to your online banking

    Enter your username and password to access the CaixaBank app or website.

  2. Go to the “Adviser” section

    From the web, click on “Adviser”. From the app, go to "Contact" and then tap "Adviser". There you can see all their contact details.

  3. Select the type of appointment

    Choose between a video call, phone call or in-person appointment, select the day and time, and add the reason for your consultation.

  4. Confirm your appointment

    Confirm your appointment, change it if you need to, or check the list of all your appointments from the “Make appointment” section.
