Access Options

You can access the assistant by logging on to digital banking CaixaBankNow or through the demo version.

In both cases, once you are connected, you must access the Customer Service section to present your query to the Assistant.



How to use the assistant

In order to get the answer you are looking for from the Assistant, here are a few basic concepts to follow when asking your question:

1. Write the questions in full and not just using key words, this way you will receive more precise results:

  • Recommenced: how can I download a statement of my accounts.

  • Not recommended: statements.

2. Ask concise questions including only the necessary information:

  • Recommended: how can I claim back a duplicate charge on my card.

  • Not recommended: Hello, yesterday I went out to dinner with my wife and I paid using my card and today I have realised that they charged me twice. What do I do to get my money back?

If the expression obtained is not to your liking, you can ask the question again using other words or expressions.
