2. The free service applies to the transactions carried out by the holder who contracts the service in all contracts and files they hold. For MEFF services, the contracts bought and sold, rollovers, exercises, deposits, assignments and deliveries of options and futures traded in the month through the CaixaBankNow digital banking service, either web or mobile, will be considered. The Ibex 35 futures contracts will be considered as one contract, whereas the contracts for Mini Ibex 35 futures, Stock futures, Mini Ibex 35 options and Stock options will be considered as 0.20 contracts. If the required contracts are not traded, we will verify if the average contracts traded in the last 12 months is equal to or greater than the number of required monthly contracts. If this were the case, the customer will receive the service for free during that month.
