To view the latest transactions made on your cards, go to "My Cards" in your CaixaBankNow online banking. You can view the details by clicking on a transaction. For each transaction, you can see details like: transaction, date, amount, balance...

To view all your payment methods associated with each of your contracts, such as physical or virtual cards, go to "My Cards" in your CaixaBankNow online banking.

To block your card in your CaixaBankNow online banking, go to "My Cards" and in the options tab, click on "Block card".

To unblock your card in your CaixaBankNow online banking, go to "My Cards" and in the options tab, click on "Unblock card".

To reject an operation, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and in the transaction details, click on "Reject purchase" or "Reject transaction". You will be able to reject duplicate purchases, operations that have been carried out with your lost or stolen card, operations you have carried out with your card but for which you have not received the goods or services, etc.

To pay for an operation in instalments, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and from "My Cards", click on "Pay in instalments". With this option you will be able to manage your available money by choosing a day in advance which transactions of more than €40 and of an amount lower than your available credit amount you want to pay comfortably in 3, 6 or 12 instalments.

To transfer money from your card to an account, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and from "My Cards", click on "Transfer to account" and select from which card you want to make the transfer, how much money you need and in which account you want us to deposit the money.

To check the credit limits of your cards associated with a contract, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and from "My Cards", click on "Credit limit". If you can modify it, you will also be able to view the new available balance and the amount used.

To view the date of your next settlement of a contract, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and from "My Cards", click on "Next payment". You will be able to view the list of settlements, see the details and reject the operations.

To change the payment method of a contract, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and from "My Cards", click on "How to pay" and personalise your payment method. You will be able to choose what you spend using your card and how often you want to pay off the debt.

To make an advanced payment on the outstanding debt, go to your CaixaBankNow online banking and from "My Cards", click on "Advance payment" from the "Options" tab. This will allow you to increase the current available amount, selecting the card to which you want to restore the credit limit by entering the amount you want to advance, and selecting the account to be charged.
