You have 3 attempts to enter your secret personal number (PIN1). If you haven't entered it correctly at the third attempt, your access to digital banking CaixaBankNow will be blocked for security reasons.

Follow these steps to obtain a new PIN1 to access digital banking CaixaBankNow:

If you have a CaixaBank card, you can restore your PIN 1 from, from the link "Have you forgotten your PIN1?" (see image).

If you don't have a CaixaBank card, or your contract for digital banking CaixaBankNow is for a company, please go in person to your CaixaBank branch.
