The Miles & More Visa Classic and Miles & Moree Visa Gold cards are issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U., with Tax ID A-08980153, a hybrid payment institution registered in the Bank of Spain Official Register of Companies under number 8776. CaixaBank, S.A. acts as the agent of the card issuing entity.
The system chosen by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer to protect payment service users' funds is to deposit them in a separate account opened with CaixaBank, S.A.
Approval of the credit card is subject to a check of the applicant's credit rating and ability to repay, and depends on the risk criteria of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer. You must be a Miles & More member to request the credit card.
Information on the issuance and maintenance of credit cards
Credit card issuance and maintenance are free for the first year, then €95 per year for the Miles & More Visa Gold card and €45 per year for the Miles & More Visa Classic card.
The annual maintenance fee of the Miles & More Visa Gold card is cancelled in subsequent years for holders who have spent more than €10,000 a year with their Miles & More Visa Gold card or who have held the HON Circle or Senator status for at least twelve months before the maintenance fee is charged, and also for those who split or defer transactions in the last 12 months.
The annual maintenance of the Miles & More Visa Classic card is cancelled in subsequent years for holders who have spent more than €7,500 a year using their Miles & More Visa Classic card and for those who split or defer transactions in the last 12 months.

The credit card is issued subject to analysis of the applicant's credit rating and ability to repay the sum, in accordance with the risk policies of CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., S.A.U.
Information on the terms and conditions of Miles & More
In accordance with the terms and conditions of Miles & More, reward miles are valid for 36 months from the date of the activity and, unless used, expire at the end of the quarter.
Explanatory example: you flew from Frankfurt to New York on 12/02/2026. The miles accumulated on this flight will expire after 36 months at the end of the quarter, i.e., on 31/03/2029.
You can prevent your miles from expiring by applying for a Miles & More Visa Gold card or a Miles & More Visa Classic card issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U. Miles will not expire if you make at least one purchase per month (with no returns or refunds) using the Miles & More Visa Gold/Classic card and have held the Miles & More Visa Gold/Classic card for at least 3 months.
If one of the requirements is not met, the expiration date of the miles will be reset in the following quarter (the quarter after the quarter in which the requirements have not been met). You will be duly notified of this in your Miles & More account statement. The reward miles that were exempt from expiry or that would normally have expired in this period will remain valid until then.
Explanatory example: you requested the Miles & More Visa Gold card or the Miles&More Visa Classic card and you used it at least once a month in January, February and March 2026. The miles accumulated in the Frankfurt to New York flight will be exempt from expiry until 31/03/2026. In the following quarter, you did not use the credit card in May 2026 and, therefore, you did not meet the requirement to make at least one purchase per month. In this case, the expiry of the miles will be reset in the subsequent quarter and your miles will expire on 30/09/2026.
Keep in mind that the reward miles you obtain with the Miles & More Visa Gold card or the Miles & More Visa Classic card issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U., are subject to the same terms and conditions as Miles & More and the abovementioned miles protection requirements.
Explanatory example: you made purchases with the Miles & More Visa Gold/Classic card in November 2026. The miles accumulated by using the credit card will expire after 36 months at the end of the quarter, i.e., on 31/12/2029. To prevent them from expiring on 31/12/2029, you should have made at least one purchase per month in October, November and December 2029.

Information about the discount on the first purchase at Lufthansa WorldShop
The promotional code is valid for 12 months after the coupon is issued and displayed in your Miles & More inbox and can be redeemed once online at worldshop.eu.
Only one code can be used per basket and customer. Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash. It is not valid for special offers, reward experiences, newspapers, magazines and financial prizes, or for RIMOWA, Apple, Montblanc, TAG Heuer, Deuter, Thomas Sabo, Vorwerk and Hartmann.
A minimum order value of €15 or 3,000 redeemed reward miles is applied. The discount only applies to the cash value of the product, not to delivery costs. It cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Conditions of the Lufthansa Business Lounge voucher
The main holder of the Miles & More Visa Gold card issued by CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U. may receive a one-time Lufthansa Business Lounge voucher (lounge voucher) per year.
This lounge voucher is valid for the main holder of the Miles & More Visa Gold Card or a companion for one visit to one of the Lufthansa Business Lounges worldwide. Each lounge voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of delivery in the cardholder's Miles & More account inbox or until it is redeemed for a single ticket. Please wait two weeks to receive your lounge voucher once the requirements have been met.
Miles & More is solely responsible for the electronic delivery of the lounge voucher in the card holder's Miles & More account "My inbox" section.
In order to enter the Lufthansa Business Lounges, you must present a valid lounge voucher (printed or online) and your boarding card for a flight departing that same day operated by an airline of the Lufthansa Group (Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, SWISS, Germanwings or Eurowings).
It is forbidden to sell and offer this lounge voucher to third parties at auction. The lounge vouchers cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft. All the Lufthansa Business Lounge rules apply.
