To authorise your purchase using your phone, you need:

Enable notifications

It is very important that you have notifications enabled in order to receive the notifications we will send you and, thus, to authorise purchases.

When you first log into the app, we will ask you if you want to enable notifications.

Your password is the same as the one you use to log in to the CaixaBankNow website.

Authorising your purchase is very simple:

1. When making an online purchase using your CaixaBank card, you will receive a notification in the CaixaBankNow app on your phone.

2. Access the CaixaBankNow app with your username or your biometric data. Upon entering, a screen will appear with the "Authorize" button.

3. Verify the purchase details and authorize it. It will be available for 7 minutes. You can also cancel it.

Authorisation is not required for all purchases.

If you do not have the CaixaBankNow app, you will be able to authorise your purchase from your computer through the CaixaBankNow website (www.caixabank.es by accessing your identifier and password), but you will not be informed about it via mobile notification.
