Cards
If you lose your card or it gets stolen, whether you are a company or a private individual, don’t worry!
CaixaBankProtect® covers any claims made on fraudulent transactions, whatever the amount involved.
The coverage also includes transactions carried out using contactless technology, if the cards are NFC, TAP wristband, or TAP Sticker, etc.)
You can claim for all fraudulent purchases or cash withdrawals made through loss, theft or falsification.
CaixaBankProtect® Emergency

If a transaction is duplicated or any other fraudulent transaction occurs at one of our ATMs, CaixaBankProtect® will ensure your money is returned.

Don’t worry about expensive transactions being charged to your account.
We will notify you free of charge with an SMS alert to your mobile, any time transactions over €500 are made, and transfers to other entities are made via CaixaBankNow digital banking or ATMs.
