Purpose

If we have your consent, whenever an offer we intend to present to you consists of products or services marketed by the joint data controller companies that involve the payment of instalments or financing, we will check your ability to repay beforehand.

We will carry out this preliminary check by means of the processing detailed in heading 6.2.C of our Privacy Policy ("Analysis of the creditworthiness and repayment capacity of applicants and/or holders of products involving financing"), to offer you a suitable credit limit and repayment period based on our knowledge of your financial situation.

We will offer you these products and services through your adviser (in-person or online), and, if you consent to the "Communication of product and service offerings through channels" (Section 6.1.C) through any other channels that you have authorised us to use.

The non-acceptance of this processing shall not prevent, limit or condition your access to our catalogue of financing products and services that involve payment in instalments or financing, which, should you so request, will be assessed in accordance with our standard procedures.

Processed data

For this processing, we will not use any data that contains information revealing your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union affiliations, genetic data, biometric data intended to identify you individually, health-related data or data related to your sexual life or orientation.

The data that we will process for this purpose are:

What more should I know?

What if I do not consent?

We will only process your data if you have given us your consent to do so. Your consent will remain valid until you revoke it.

And if I stop being a customer?

If you cancel all your products or services with us but forget to revoke your consent, we will do so automatically.
